    • simultaneous interpreting
      Simultaneous interpreters provide interpretations at congresses, symposia, conferences and international meetings, business meetings, general meetings, press conferences, multilingual meetings and consumer meetings.
    • consecutive interpreting
      Consecutive interpreters provide interpretation at commercial negotiations, factory visits, individual or collective receptions with your foreign partners, technical training courses, fairs, exhibitions, small meetings, working meetings, negotiation assistance.
    • whispered interpreting
      The interpreter whispers into a microphone while sitting between, or at the side of, the delegate(s) who listen through headphones. It is also possible to provide whispered interpreting without equipment but only for groups of 3 or less.
  • escort interpreting
    If you are hosting a delegation of visitors from another country, you may want to use the services of an escort interpreter for meeting clients at the airport, city tours, and shopping excursions. Escort interpreters generally translate informal conversations.
  • community interpreting
    Community interpreting involves interpreting for a group who do not speak the language of the minority. Community interpreting usually involves interpreting in the fields of law, health care and welfare.

We can work with you during your meeting's planning stages to ensure the most cost-effective room arrangements and configurations, as well as to translate all written and audiovisual materials, such as manuals, videos, slides, PowerPointŪ presentations, etc.

Instructions for speakers:

  • Speak your mother tongue, if possible.
  • Speak at reasonable pace.
  • Speaking is better than reading.
  • Quote document references.
  • Put figures clearly.
  • Explain rare acronyms.
  • Make sure the interpreters have the text if you read a speech.
  • Talk to you interpreters.
